I hold nationally recognized certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Nutrition Coach, Exercise Corrective Specialist, Behavioral Enhancement Specialist, and Personal Trainer. Throughout my career, I’ve helped countless individuals achieve their health and fitness goals.
I fell in love with pickleball and saw an incredible opportunity to combine my passion for fitness with this dynamic sport. My mission is to create safe and healthy pickleball players who can enjoy the game for a lifetime.
